Before there was El Segundo, there was Rancho Sausal – the vast, sprawling coastal ranchland settled by Mexican rancheros from what was then called Alta California. Today, it’s the inspiration for both Sausal’s name and its menu, which combines authentic Mexican cooking with farm-to-table ingredients, along with a mean spicy habanero margarita.
